1. About HedgeHub
These Terms govern access to and use of HedgeHub, including the website, member workspace, analytical tools, calculators, performance tracking and related membership services.
HedgeHub is an analysis and software service. HedgeHub is not a bookmaker, wagering provider, betting exchange or financial adviser. We do not accept wagers, hold betting funds or place bets on a member's behalf.
2. Eligibility and member accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use betting-related analysis tools where you are located. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person should use each member account unless HedgeHub expressly permits otherwise.
- You must not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade membership, referral or access rules.
- You remain responsible for activity carried out through your account until you notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
3. Analysis, prices and betting decisions
HedgeHub may display bookmaker prices, exchange prices, fair-price estimates, expected-value calculations, matched-betting calculations, arbitrage calculations, same-game multi analysis and other analytical outputs.
No HedgeHub output is a promise of profit, a guarantee that a market will remain available, or a recommendation that is suitable for every member. Even positive expected-value positions and well-constructed multis can lose.
4. Memberships, billing and renewals
Paid memberships are billed in advance according to the plan and billing cycle selected at checkout. Prices and renewal timing are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled or otherwise stated, recurring memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Members can manage eligible payment details, invoices, cancellation and plan changes through the membership area. The timing of upgrades, downgrades and billing-cycle changes is shown before confirmation.
Refund rights are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Acceptable use
You may use HedgeHub for your own lawful analysis and tracking. You must not:
- attempt to bypass access controls, membership limits or security measures;
- copy, resell, scrape or systematically extract HedgeHub content or data without permission;
- use the service to harass, deceive, spam or unlawfully solicit other people;
- interfere with the operation of the platform or attempt unauthorised access to another member's information;
- represent HedgeHub outputs as guaranteed outcomes.
6. Third-party services
HedgeHub interacts with information and services provided by third parties, including bookmakers, exchanges, payment providers, email providers and infrastructure providers. Those services are independent from HedgeHub and may have their own terms, eligibility rules, limits and outages.
HedgeHub is not responsible for a third party refusing, repricing, voiding or limiting a wager, or for a member failing to satisfy a third-party promotion rule.
7. Intellectual property
The HedgeHub name, branding, interface, written content, workflows, software, ranking methods and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to HedgeHub. Membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform while your access remains valid.
8. Availability and platform changes
We aim to keep HedgeHub available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, improve, add, remove or change features when reasonably required for security, reliability, legal compliance or product improvement.
Where a material membership change affects an ongoing paid service, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it clearly.
9. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, HedgeHub is not responsible for betting losses, missed opportunities or losses caused by a member relying on an unverified price, incorrectly entered information, rejected wager, bookmaker limit, promotion condition or third-party service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse, non-payment, serious breach of these Terms, security risk or unlawful use. Members may cancel a recurring membership through the available billing controls.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on rights available under mandatory law in another applicable jurisdiction.
