REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Know what happens before you change your membership.

Membership controls should be clear. This policy explains cancellations, plan changes, billing errors, refund requests and the consumer rights that remain available to you.

1. Our approach

HedgeHub sells access to a digital subscription service. Membership fees are normally charged in advance for the selected billing period. This policy explains ordinary cancellation and refund handling while preserving all rights available under applicable consumer law.

2. Cancelling a recurring membership

Members can cancel an eligible recurring membership through the available billing controls. Unless a different effective date is shown before confirmation, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

3. Change-of-mind requests

Because digital access is provided immediately, HedgeHub does not generally provide refunds solely because a member changes their mind after access has been supplied. We will still consider billing mistakes, duplicate charges, service failures and any rights that apply under law.

4. Starter Access

The Starter Access purchase provides time-limited access to the features described at checkout. Ending Starter Access early does not automatically create a refund, except where required by law or where HedgeHub agrees that a billing or service issue justifies one.

5. Plan changes

Where HedgeHub supports plan upgrades, downgrades or billing-cycle changes, the price and effective timing are shown before confirmation. Immediate upgrades may include a prorated charge; scheduled changes generally take effect at the next renewal.

6. Duplicate charges or billing errors

If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or billed after a confirmed cancellation should have taken effect, contact us promptly through Contact & Support. Please include enough information to identify the membership transaction, but never send complete card details or passwords.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, consumer guarantees may provide rights to cancellation, refund or other remedies where a service has a major failure or does not meet applicable guarantees.

General information about consumer guarantees is available from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

8. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned using the available original payment route where practical. Financial institutions may take additional time to display a completed refund after it has been issued.
