1. Protect your login
- Use a unique password that you do not reuse on bookmaker, email or other accounts.
- Protect the email account connected to HedgeHub because password-reset links are sent there.
- Do not share your HedgeHub password with anyone, including someone claiming to be HedgeHub support.
2. Shared and public devices
Avoid staying signed in on shared computers. Sign out when finished and do not save passwords in a browser profile that other people can access.
3. Watch for impersonation
HedgeHub support will never need your bookmaker password or complete payment-card details. Be cautious with messages that create urgency, promise guaranteed profit or ask you to install unknown software.
4. Payment security
Membership payments are completed through the secure billing flow presented by HedgeHub. If a payment page looks unexpected, return to HedgeHub through the normal website instead of continuing from an unfamiliar link.
5. Report suspicious access
If you believe someone else has accessed your account, change your password and contact HedgeHub through Contact & Support. Include what happened and when, but never send your password.
6. Keep betting information private
HedgeTrack can contain personal betting and bankroll information. Only access it on devices you trust and be careful when sharing screenshots that may reveal balances, account names or private activity.
