1. How the Crew program works
Eligible HedgeHub members may receive a personal Crew invitation link. A new member who joins through that link can be attributed to the referring member for the purpose of the current Crew offer.
2. Current launch offer
Unless a different offer is clearly shown in HedgeHub, the launch Crew offer provides:
- Referred member: $15 off the first qualifying paid membership.
- Referring member: $15 HedgeHub account credit after the referral qualifies and completes the review period.
Credits are applied to eligible future HedgeHub membership invoices. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn and have no cash redemption value.
3. When a referral qualifies
A referral generally needs to be correctly attributed through the Crew link, progress to a qualifying paid membership and remain valid through the applicable review period. HedgeHub currently uses a 14-day review period unless the program states otherwise.
Pending rewards can remain under review while payment, refund or account information is checked.
4. Fair use
The Crew program is for genuine referrals between separate people. The following are not permitted:
- self-referrals or creating another account for yourself;
- duplicate, fabricated or controlled accounts;
- misleading claims that HedgeHub guarantees profit or income;
- spam, harassment or unsolicited bulk messaging;
- attempts to manipulate referral attribution, refunds, chargebacks or reward status.
5. Holds, rejection and reversal
HedgeHub may hold, reject or reverse a Crew reward where a qualifying payment is refunded, disputed or reversed, where accounts are duplicated or linked to abuse, or where the referral does not meet the program rules.
6. Responsible sharing
Only invite adults who have independently chosen to explore betting-analysis tools. Crew rewards should never be used to pressure someone to gamble. See our Responsible Gambling page.
7. Program changes
HedgeHub may change, pause or end a referral offer for future referrals. Where practical, existing valid referrals will continue to be assessed under the offer shown when they were attributed, subject to fraud, payment and eligibility checks.
