Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bonus credits and corrections.
COMING SOON
Bookmaker promotions
Future updates can surface and organise available bookmaker offers here. MatchPilot already lets members choose the exact promotion they are using.
HEDGETRACK PLAYBOOK
A repeatable process for clean records.
Use the same workflow every time so bankroll and profit stay trustworthy.
Review before saving
Confirm the event, selection, bookmaker, odds, stake and bankroll account. Tool handoffs should still be checked against the accepted bet.
Keep connected legs together
Matched betting and arbitrage positions should remain one record so liability and final profit are calculated as one outcome.
Settle from actual returns
Use the final accepted result. Cash outs and partial settlements can record the actual profit rather than an estimated result.
Reconcile every week
Compare HedgeTrack account balances with each bookmaker and exchange, then record any deposit, withdrawal or correction.
Matched betting workflow
- Save the bookmaker and Betfair legs together.
- Confirm the full lay stake is matched.
- Reserve the exchange liability.
- Settle the connected position after the event.
- Record the bonus conversion as a new linked position when required.
Monthly review
- Check settled profit and turnover.
- Compare results by tool, bookmaker and strategy.
- Review drawdown and open exposure.
- Export a CSV or backup before major account changes.
LEARN HEDGETRACK
Understand the numbers behind your results.
Profit
The settled gain or loss after stakes, exchange liability and commission. Open positions do not count as settled profit.
Turnover
The cash stake placed through tracked bookmaker legs. It gives context to profit and ROI.
ROI
Settled profit divided by settled cash turnover. A larger sample is more useful than a short winning streak.
Available bankroll
Cash available after subtracting open bookmaker stakes and reserved exchange liability.
Qualifying loss
The controlled cost of completing a qualifying bookmaker bet while hedging the result at the exchange.
Bonus conversion
The cash profit retained after converting a bonus stake through a bookmaker back bet and exchange lay.
HEDGETRACK FAQ
Common Tracker questions.
Why is bankroll different from settled profit?
Bankroll includes starting balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus funds and open commitments. Settled profit measures the result of completed positions only.
How do I correct a position?
Open the position from Tracker or History, select Edit and save the corrected fields. Account balances are recalculated from the stored record.
How are void bets handled?
A void or push returns the cash stake and records no profit or loss. Promotional stake rules may differ, so confirm the bookmaker terms.
Can I record a cash out or partial settlement?
Yes. Choose Settle, select Cash out or Partially settled and enter the actual final profit or loss.
Is my Tracker information private?
Tracker data is stored against your HedgeHub account. Authorised administrative access is controlled by staff permissions and support requirements.
